Billing Errors and Refunds

If you believe that you have been erroneously billed, would like to request a refund or have any issue with charges from The Arkaos Agenda, please notify us immediately of such error at cs@kittencalls.com. You may also contact us at 1-888-9AGENDA . We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your email or phone call. When requesting a refund please state your name, phone number, reason for refund and any other information pertaining to the services in question. Failure to report a problem within 30 days means that you agree to any and all charges for services rendered.
